Some things I have been told to help me out:
Make a plan and stick to it
Have a daily routine
Be flexible
Decide your priority order for tasks
Finish one thing before going to the next
Choose a time limit to work on one thing
Wherever you are, that’s where you need to be
Be flexible
Take baby steps
These things take time
Self care is a priority
Be of benefit to others
Put on your own oxygen mask first
Being helpful to others helps you live longer
If you don’t love yourself, you can’t love others
Self care is self love
Selfishness is wrong
Selflessness is not sustainable
